Meibiao held the upper-middle staff conference.

In the afternoon of December 30, 2011, Meibiao held the upper-middle staff conference by the General Manager Guo Kun. The conference introduced the basic information of Third Session II Board Conference. At the meeting, G.M. Guo also put forward some important points on several aspects, such as the cadre’s ability, the planning development of the next year, etc.

As G.M. Guo noted, all staff members should bear in mind that we must keep a good attitude and strengthen “six abilities”, that is, adaptability, learning ability, executive ability, innovation ability, coordination ability and leadership. Each department, on one hand, must strengthen its contact and communication with other departments in order to solve problems; on the other hand, must look back to the history to work out the plans of further development. Meanwhile, we should make fully use of the resources in headquarter, enhance our cooperation and reorganize the personnel structure according to actual demands. Only by precise, scientific and practical attitude can we active Meibiao’s energy so as to lay a firm foundation for the development of 2012.
